Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a part-time HR Operations Manager to join their client's team in Livermore, CA. This is a contract-to-hire position, offering a flexible schedule of 8-12 hours per week. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the CEO and executive team, focusing on HR and business operations to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the CEO and executive team with HR and business operations.
  • Help plan and carry out HR strategies that support company goals.
  • Manage and improve employee processes from hiring through offboarding.
  • Identify training needs and help develop employee skills and performance.
  • Support recruiting and workforce planning to ensure the right talent is in place.
  • Advise managers on employee relations, performance, and feedback.
  • Help lead organizational changes, process improvements, and automation efforts.
  • Organize and support regular performance, sales, and operations reviews.
  • Identify areas to improve productivity, efficiency, service quality, and costs.
  • Manage and support special business and administrative projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must have a bachelor's degree.

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday, flexible schedule, 1st shift.

Benefits:

Competitive hourly rate of $35.00 to $40.00.
